Martin Fleming, Senior Vice President

Mr. Fleming, age 39, oversees communication with internal and external constituencies and the management of Compass Royalty Management’s Owner Resources Group. Prior to joining the Parent, Mr. Fleming served as the Executive Vice President of the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, one of the country’s most respected oil and gas royalty industry associations. Mr. Fleming has also served as a Congressional Liaison for the then Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson and a Legislative Assistant for U. S. Senator Jeff Bingaman. Mr. Fleming is a frequent speaker on oil and gas policy issues. He was appointed to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission by Texas Governor Rick Perry.
