Mr. Frakes, age 51, is involved in the development of corporate strategy. Mr. Frakes is responsible for short term as well as long term planning for NRI, with emphasis on integrating the funding, marketing, operations and IT departments. Mr. Frakes has over 30 years in sales & sales management, with over twelve years in senior sales management at Panasonic Corporation. Prior to joining NRI, Mr. Frakes was President of IM3, an Omaha Nebraska based sales and marketing consulting firm that specialized in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns within large independent trade associations. IM3′s focus was helping independent business people come together in an organization that enabled them to compete against much larger competitors.
